Job Description
Regional Operations Manager leading lottery fulfillment operations across multiple US markets. Overseeing operational performance and collaborating with senior leadership to scale operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop people managers across operational sites
- Own regional operational performance by tracking and improving key metrics
- Standardize and scale operating procedures
- Lead new market launches end to end
- Partner cross-functionally with various teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lottery authorities and vendors
- Identify operational risks and opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience leading multi-site operations
- Proven ability to scale operational models
- Strong program management skills
- Working knowledge of OSHA standards
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the US
