Job Description

Regional Sales Director leading enterprise sales and driving revenue at Omni, an AI analytics platform company. Focus on coaching and scaling operations in data ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Own enterprise new business and expansion targets, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline health.
  • Execute GTM initiatives and personally support high-impact, strategic deals to ensure closure.
  • Drive disciplined CRM usage and data-driven decision-making to optimize sales performance.
  • Lead, recruit, and coach a high-performing team of Account Executives to exceed KPIs.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and hands-on deal coaching.
  • Set clear performance standards and develop career paths for the commercial sales team.
  • Partner with Marketing on pipeline generation and Product to share market insights.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term expansion.
  • Refine internal processes to improve efficiency across the commercial segment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years leading high-performing enterprise teams.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets in SaaS.
  • Experience in BI, data analytics and/or ETL platforms strongly preferred
  • High agency and comfort driving results within fast-paced, Series A–D environments.
