Job Description

Regional Sales Manager leading business development for Campari in the South Region of China. Collaborating with distributors to achieve commercial targets and expand market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute market-specific sales plans
  • Collaborate with distributors to deliver all commercial targets
  • Develop new channels based on the company strategy
  • Monitor forecasts, budgets, targets, and depletions
  • Motivate and monitor distributors’ performance
  • Conduct regular business reviews and market visits
  • Execute and monitor pricing strategies
  • Maintain and share detailed knowledge of the company's brands
  • Monitor competitor activities and keep up-to-date with industry trends
  • Be proactive in prospecting potential distributors and key outlets
  • Support off-trade and special channel strategy and negotiations
  • Effectively manage travel and expenses

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in spirits sales and distributor management
  • Solid experience within the Chinese market
  • FMCG background, on / off premise, outlet management and ecommerce is a plus
  • Degree qualified
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent analytical, result-driven, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and persuasive.
  • Good presentation/selling skills
  • IT proficiency (computer literate)
  • English as working language is preferred.
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally on an ad hoc basis
