Job Description

Regional Sales Manager leading a team across Northeast US, driving industrial market growth. Engage with key customers and develop territory strategies for success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high‑performing team across the Northeast region.
  • Develop territory growth strategies and engage with key customers.
  • Sustain and expand critical distributor and end‑user relationships to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Coach and develop people to reach their full potential through clear direction, feedback, and ongoing performance development.
  • Align team goals with Seco’s Sales Blueprint and Initiative 2030 priorities.
  • Promote cross-functional communication and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or Business Administration—or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5–7 years of experience in industrial, machining, or metal cutting sales preferred.
  • 3+ years in a people-leadership role.
  • Proven success in managing geographically dispersed teams and achieving regional growth targets.
  • Skilled in coaching, performance management, and talent development.
  • Living in the region of responsibility is required for this role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, analytics, and digital engagement tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the Southwest region.
  • Experience as a sales leader in a manufacturing industry is required.
