Job Description
Regional Sales Manager leading a team across Northeast US, driving industrial market growth. Engage with key customers and develop territory strategies for success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a high‑performing team across the Northeast region.
- Develop territory growth strategies and engage with key customers.
- Sustain and expand critical distributor and end‑user relationships to drive revenue and profitability.
- Coach and develop people to reach their full potential through clear direction, feedback, and ongoing performance development.
- Align team goals with Seco’s Sales Blueprint and Initiative 2030 priorities.
- Promote cross-functional communication and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or Business Administration—or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–7 years of experience in industrial, machining, or metal cutting sales preferred.
- 3+ years in a people-leadership role.
- Proven success in managing geographically dispersed teams and achieving regional growth targets.
- Skilled in coaching, performance management, and talent development.
- Living in the region of responsibility is required for this role.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, analytics, and digital engagement tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the Southwest region.
- Experience as a sales leader in a manufacturing industry is required.
