Job Description

Regional Sales Manager at LifeSpice Ingredients developing customer relationships with a focus on food manufacturers. Managing projects and driving sales growth across the Midwest region as part of a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow business across the Midwest region
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new customer opportunities (including cold outreach)
  • Deepen partnerships with current customers to expand sales
  • Manage customer-specific projects from ideation to commercialization
  • Work closely with R&D, Quality, Client Services, and Marketing to exceed customer expectations
  • Represent LifeSpice at regional and national trade shows

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of food-industry sales experience with existing industry contacts
  • Proven track record of driving growth and managing accounts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate clearly
  • Willingness to travel 50%+
