Job Description
IT/OT Regional Support Engineer providing infrastructure support across APAC, primarily remote, with limited on-site requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT and OT infrastructure support for APAC sites, mainly remote
- Handle escalated and complex technical issues related to infrastructure
- Support and participate in regional IT/OT infrastructure projects
- Ensure consistency, stability, and performance of network, server, and endpoint environments
- Collaborate with Global Service Desk, vendors, and Regional IT teams
- Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong hands-on experience with networking, servers, endpoints, and Microsoft 365
- Experience handling complex issues or escalation (L2+/L3 exposure)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
