Job Description

IT/OT Regional Support Engineer providing infrastructure support across APAC, primarily remote, with limited on-site requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT and OT infrastructure support for APAC sites, mainly remote
  • Handle escalated and complex technical issues related to infrastructure
  • Support and participate in regional IT/OT infrastructure projects
  • Ensure consistency, stability, and performance of network, server, and endpoint environments
  • Collaborate with Global Service Desk, vendors, and Regional IT teams
  • Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or related roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with networking, servers, endpoints, and Microsoft 365
  • Experience handling complex issues or escalation (L2+/L3 exposure)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
