Job Description
Regulatory Compliance Analyst developing and maintaining audit compliance of financial systems for Northrop Grumman. Analyzing data, preparing proposals, and supporting financial audits as part of the aeronautics team.
Responsibilities:
- Develops, maintains, and establishes audit compliance of financial systems
- Prepares incurred cost proposals, billing & quick closeout rate proposals
- Provides responses to DCAA audited findings
- Analyzes large volumes of data using worksheet and database skills
- Supports financial and SOX audits by internal, external, and government auditors
- Works with their team to ensure strong processes and controls are in place
Requirements:
- bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or other related field with 3 years of relevant experience; OR a Master's degree with 1 year experience; OR a PhD with 0 years relevant experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- GAAP, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) knowledge
- Ability to interface with multiple disciplines and varying levels of management
