Job Description
Strategically manage Banking Correspondents promoting commercial development and client satisfaction in financial solutions. Ensure performance improvement and implement tailored business strategies with market insights.
Responsibilities:
- Act strategically in the management of Exclusive Correspondents, promoting commercial development, relationship building, dissemination of best practices and achievement of targets through the design of customized actions and performance analysis.
- Efficiently manage the portfolio of Banking Correspondents, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Banking Correspondents, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Assist Banking Correspondents in defining and implementing business strategies, contributing to the growth and success of their operations.
- Provide market insights and analyses that can be used to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Monitor the performance of Banking Correspondents, ensuring that branches achieve expected results.
- Analyze performance indicators of Correspondents and their teams, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing actions to increase sales and results.
- Develop and implement initiatives and strategies to ensure the attainment of targets established for correspondents, using detailed analyses.
- Create specific action plans for each Correspondent aimed at maximizing results.
- Conduct periodic visits to Correspondents, recording all interactions and observations in the Follow-up Form.
- Ensure that visits are productive and lead to concrete improvements for Correspondents.
- Identify training and development needs for the Correspondents under your management.
- Organize training schedules together with the responsible areas, ensuring Correspondents receive the necessary knowledge to perform their functions effectively.
- Availability to travel is required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Knowledge and experience in the payroll-deductible loan market (consigned credit).
- Experience in managing a network of partners.
- Ability to propose strategic planning aligned with the company’s business strategy, focused on growth and development of the partner network.
- Knowledge of financial products.
- Skills in sales management, strategic planning and a strong performance orientation.
- Analytical ability to make data-driven decisions based on metrics and indicators.
- Ability to interpret financial and market reports to identify improvement opportunities.
- Business-oriented mindset with a focus on growth and innovation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
