Job Description

Operador(a) de Vendas Remotas at PRINCIPIA focusing on customer relations through phone and digital channels to enhance sales. Engaging clients and identifying business opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service and build relationships via phone and digital channels, contributing to sales growth and strengthening the brand.
  • Perform proactive outreach to customers in the assigned portfolio.
  • Prospect new business opportunities.
  • Present and sell the product portfolio, new launches, product mix, and promotional campaigns.
  • Negotiate, track sales, and ensure customers are converted/activated.
  • Develop consultative relationships by identifying needs and offering the best solutions.
  • Record all interactions in corporate systems and follow up on after-sales.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required (higher education is a plus).
  • Experience in tele-sales, remote sales, customer service, or consultative selling.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Organized, disciplined, and results-oriented.
