Job Description

Virtual Respiratory Sales Specialist engaging UK healthcare professionals through digital channels. Supporting respiratory therapy adoption, clinical education, and patient outcomes for Syneos Health.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality virtual engagement with healthcare professionals across Primary Care and Secondary Care
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with GPs, Practice Nurses, Respiratory Nurses, Pharmacists, Consultants, and other healthcare stakeholders
  • Support sales and customer engagement objectives through planned virtual interactions
  • Deliver compliant, customer-focused conversations supporting improved patient care and treatment outcomes
  • Use approved materials and clinical data for evidence-based discussions in the respiratory therapy area
  • Execute customer engagement plans aligned with business priorities and customer needs
  • Use customer insights, CRM data, and analytics to identify engagement and follow-up opportunities
  • Deliver virtual educational events, presentations, and product update sessions
  • Collaborate with field-based Respiratory Specialists to support customer coverage and account objectives
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction and activity records in CRM systems
  • Monitor customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company procedures
  • Develop and maintain understanding of respiratory disease management, treatment pathways, and the healthcare environment
  • Use digital communication channels including video calls, webinars, email, and telephone engagement

Requirements:

  • Meets all legal requirements for pharmaceutical sales representatives within the UK
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
  • Degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related discipline advantageous
  • Pharmaceutical, healthcare, inside sales, or customer-facing commercial experience preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience engaging customers through virtual or digital channels is advantageous
  • Ability to communicate clinical and scientific information clearly and effectively
  • Results-focused with a proven commitment to achieving performance objectives
  • Strong organisational, planning, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a broader team environment
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and virtual engagement platforms
  • Strong customer focus and a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and driven to deliver a high-quality customer experience
