Job Description

Reporting Specialist managing alcohol-monitoring data and reports for assigned jurisdictions. Handling customer inquiries, data transmission, reporting accuracy, and monitoring-authority support remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily sorting, processing, and distribution of data from alcohol monitoring devices and the associated data management system
  • Provide data to monitoring authorities according to applicable requirements for assigned jurisdictions
  • Collect, interpret, analyze, and disseminate client data
  • Use company databases to maintain client files and protect data integrity
  • Submit required reports accurately and on time through the data management system
  • Review daily data transmissions to assigned monitoring authorities
  • Verify data content, format, delivery methods, and periodicity
  • Correct and retransmit data within jurisdictional requirements
  • Handle inbound calls and provide customer service
  • Manage correspondence and respond to inquiries accurately and promptly
  • Support and train monitoring authorities on new reports and system changes
  • Maintain cooperative relationships with customers, end users, and monitoring authorities
  • Meet or exceed deadlines
  • Support projects and matters of limited complexity
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Competent oral and written communication skills
  • Adaptability and resourceful thinking for challenging or stressful situations
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to learn proprietary systems
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to communicate verbally and hear
  • Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls
  • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Close, distance, color, and peripheral vision; ability to adjust focus
  • Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
  • Must not require employment-based visa sponsorship or transfer
