Job Description
Research Associate supporting health care quality research and evaluation projects at Comagine Health. Coordinating data collection, analysis, reporting, and public health program improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Perform standardized research and evaluation activities under leadership supervision
- Develop project materials
- Coordinate data collection activities
- Support dissemination
- Organize project materials
- Take meeting minutes
- Maintain logs of compliance-related documents
- Conduct supervised data collection, including surveys, interviews, field observations, site visits, and focus groups
- Contribute to analysis and reporting under leadership supervision
- Support quantitative and qualitative data analysis and data visualization techniques
Requirements:
- BA / BS in a related field
- Experience with data collection and analysis using standard software tools
- Experience providing coordination support on research and/or evaluation projects in an academic, community, or government setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow established protocols and maintain accurate records
- Ability to support qualitative and qualitative data collection and analysis activities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Demonstrated experience and skill in word processing, basic spreadsheet, and presentation software applications
- Familiarity with database software programs (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing demands, priorities, and timelines
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects, work under deadlines, and produce error free products
- Demonstrated ability to work with both internal and external partners in a team environment
- Effective time management and coordination skills
