Job Description
Research Specialist responsible for creating client reports and market research for US Sales Enablement team. Engaging with diverse teams and mentoring junior analysts for effective project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed/short client reports and generate relevant prospect client lists.
- Act as a point of contact for research support and fulfill stakeholders needs.
- Mentor the team and be actively involved in quality control, grooming and training.
- Lead one or more projects, in addition to individual projects.
- Assist in workflow management and allocation of work to team members.
- Provide regular inputs to improve offerings in terms of structure and presentation of content.
- Maintain the Intelligence Hub to ensure materials are easily accessible and up to date.
- Promote the team to drive awareness and utilization through internal communication channels.
Requirements:
- Relevant graduate/post-graduate degree from a reputed institution.
- 5+ years of relevant market research & consulting experience.
- Experience in the real estate industry will be a bonus.
- Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail.
- Strong planning, project management and problem resolution skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Well versed with working on MS PPT, Excel, and Word.
- Have knowledge of databases such as Real Capital Analytics, CoStar, Capital IQ, D&B Hoovers, Factiva, Pitchbook, and Sales Navigator.
