Job Description
Manage respiratory clinical outcomes processes at DASCO HME LLC while overseeing departmental operations and compliance in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the people, processes and systems related to the company’s respiratory clinical outcomes processes
- Assists in managing day-to-day department operations
- Facilitating the maximization of human resources and automated resources
- Assists in overseeing daily activities of the department operations
- Responsible for the assisting in hiring, training, coaching, development, performance measurement and discipline of department staff
- Assists in delegating appropriate work and emphasizes the development of next level leaders
- Maintains departmental compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and policies
- Participates in company and operations meetings as requested
- Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One year in a customer service environment leadership role
- Associate’s degree in business management related field (preferred)
- Two years in a medical/insurance/healthcare field customer service leadership role (preferred)
- One year DASCO experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
