Job Description
Remote estimator producing Xactimate and Symbility contents restoration estimates for six SERVPRO franchises. Managing TPA compliance, revisions, and carrier approvals.
Responsibilities:
- Scope, write, and audit comprehensive contents restoration estimates across six Pennsylvania franchise locations
- Use Symbility/CoreLogic and Xactimate daily to produce precise line-item estimates
- Ensure estimates follow industry pricing and regional guidelines
- Serve as subject matter expert for Third-Party Administrator programs
- Ensure submissions meet carrier SLAs, line-item caps, and documentation protocols
- Collaborate with Contents Department Management, project managers, and field technicians
- Review scopes of work, photo documentation, and contents inventory lists
- Track job statuses from initial scoping through final carrier approval
- Handle revisions, supplements, and rejections efficiently
- Ensure inventory logs, total loss reports, pack-out/pack-in details, and cleaning costs are complete, compliant, and defensible
Requirements:
- Must reside in/work within EST timezone
- Full-time availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
- Demonstrated experience and high proficiency in Xactimate and Symbility (CoreLogic) platforms
- Thorough familiarity and direct working experience with major TPA programs, including Alacrity, Sedgwick, Lionsbridge, and Westhill
- Ability to utilize the provided company work-from-home technology setup exclusively for business operations
- Hands-on prior field experience in Contents Restoration and/or Water/Fire Mitigation preferred
- Relevant IICRC certifications such as CCT, FSRT, or WRT are a plus
