Job Description
Project Estimator scoping water, fire, mold, and biohazard damage for PuroClean’s emergency property restoration services. Preparing proposals and securing restoration projects remotely across the US.
Responsibilities:
- Manage production crews and job assignments while following PuroClean production guidelines
- Evaluate, estimate and secure restoration projects
- Scope water, fire, mold and biohazard projects to determine damage and mitigation requirements
- Write accurate, detailed proposals and obtain customer commitment through signed contracts
- Ensure proposals address customers’ needs and concerns
- Coordinate with project manager and administration to complete work accurately and promptly
- Manage customer satisfaction and represent the PuroClean brand
- Oversee production processes and customer needs
- Identify improvement areas and manage relationships with centers of influence
- Manage production, pricing schedules and estimate details; coordinate with GM/Owner
- Leave jobsites orderly and follow uniform and policy guidelines
- Communicate customer concerns effectively with GM/Owner
- Maintain cleanliness of products and equipment
- Communicate clearly with office staff, supervisors and technicians
Requirements:
- Experience in water, fire, mold and biohazard mitigation and clean up
- Understanding of estimating and scoping a project
- Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage assess risk
- Detailed oriented with strong communication and documentation skills
- Effectively coordinate with Project manager, production team and administration
- Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammates
- Current IICRC certifications or experience with estimating software may be relevant to the application
- Ability to communicate well with people of all ages, backgrounds and walks of life
- Ability to work in a position with weekly/monthly sales goals
