Job Description
Retail Development Manager analyzing performance and influencing sales in Dealer stores for T-Mobile. Ensuring compliance with T-Mobile brand standards and collaborating with internal partners.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and leveraging performance reports to understand, discuss, and influence sales performance against established targets and KPIs.
- Observing and assessing store operations, staffing protocols, and customer interactions and then providing feedback to address opportunities for improvement.
- Ensuring that Dealer complies with merchandising and collateral requirements and all representations of the T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile brand.
- Strategize with internal T-Mobile partners such as Account Managers and Ops Managers, as well as the Sr Manager, Express Stores on opportunities that can be addressed at broader levels.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 4-7 years Related sales experience including indirect/direct/retail/third party selling arrangements (Required)
- 2-4 years Experience of successfully managing direct reports (Required)

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
