Job Description
Retail Media Specialist optimizing Amazon and retail-media PPC and display campaigns for Acadia, a digital media and growth agency. Managing client performance, reporting, and growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Implement best-in-class retail media PPC and display strategies across Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Target, Kroger, Chewy, Ulta, and other platforms
- Develop Amazon PPC skills and stay up-to-date with new paid search features
- Use ad management software and native advertising dashboards to identify opportunities and optimize client advertising campaigns daily or weekly
- Use third-party software for keyword research and automated optimization tactics
- Present latest results, activities, and planned tactics for the upcoming 90 days in internal and client appointments
- Understand client needs and identify ways Acadia can help achieve them
- Communicate with colleagues and coordinate with team members working on brand protection, SEO, and organic marketing
- Define aligned client strategies
- Monitor competitors’ growth strategies
- Deliver weekly or bi-weekly client reports, including performance data, analysis, and next steps
- Identify account trends and take corrective action
- Contribute to the company-owned blog and attend company-hosted webinars and live events to share views on Amazon advertising developments and opportunities
- Report directly to a Retail Media Manager
Requirements:
- Proven ability to manage complex advertising campaigns with thousands of targeting options per account
- Ability to work in a collaborative team culture
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
- Ability to identify opportunities for clients’ growth and new services for existing markets
- Ability to articulate the value of Acadia to clients and prospects while maintaining a deep client focus
- Lifelong learner with a strong drive for results
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work well independently and be self-motivated
- Excellent analytical, oral and written communication
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
- 1+ years of experience with Pay Per Click advertising strongly preferred
- 1+ years of experience with Amazon Advertising required
- Successful candidates must complete a brief technical assessment
- Candidates must provide 2–3 professional references from past employers when an offer is made
