Job Description
Yelp Restaurant SaaS support specialist helping restaurant owners solve issues, use Yelp tools, and retain their businesses. Remote US role with phone and email support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional and timely inbound customer support via phone and email
- Consult and educate customers to provide value, resolve business needs, and retain their business
- Become an expert in the Yelp Restaurant SaaS product suite and tailor product recommendations to client needs
- Ask probing questions, troubleshoot, research, and find solutions
- Help restaurant owners use Yelp Restaurant tools to market their restaurants, manage front-of-house operations, and drive diners
- Collaborate with team members while listening to and reassuring clients
- Contribute to Yelp Restaurants' fast-paced, high-growth environment and company strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client facing experience
- Excellent customer communication via phone, email, or live chat
- Ability to handle challenging conversations and add value to business owners professionally
- Adaptable, positive, supportive, coachable, and willing to learn and grow
- Available to work weekends and holidays between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM PST
- Experience in SaaS, sales, client retention, support, or customer success preferred
- Access to an individual hardline high-speed internet connection; satellite internet and mobile hotspots are not permitted
