Job Description
Revenue & Operations Specialist responsible for HubSpot automation and revenue engine building in a fast-growing professional services organization. Collaborating with executives to optimize business operations and design HubSpot workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Own HubSpot data hygiene across contacts, companies, deals
- Build and optimize automated workflows
- Manage pipeline stages and enforce CRM discipline
- Build dashboards for MBRs and QBRs
- Track conversion rates, velocity, pipeline coverage
- Automate lead routing, lifecycle updates, alerts
- Audit pipeline and flag risks early
Requirements:
- 2–4 years Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or Business Ops
- Advanced HubSpot experience (Enterprise preferred)
- Built multi-step HubSpot workflows from scratch
- Experience with lead scoring and lifecycle automation
- Automated lead routing and assignment rules
- Built reporting dashboards used by leadership
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics
- High attention to data accuracy
- HubSpot certifications (nice to have)
- Experience integrating HubSpot with other systems (nice to have)
- Basic SQL or advanced spreadsheet skills (nice to have)
- Experience in SaaS or professional services (nice to have)
