Job Description

Sales & Administration Intern for a vocational training institute, focusing on sales calls and student admissions. Evening shift role with a potential path to full-time employment.

Responsibilities:

  • Make 35–45 outbound sales calls daily to prospective students
  • Explain course details, fees, batch timings, and career benefits
  • Handle queries and objections related to pricing, courses, and placements
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions
  • Maintain accurate call records and update lead status in the system
  • Process admission forms and student documentation
  • Follow up on pending fee installments
  • Generate fee receipts using invoicing software
  • Coordinate with the branch team on student-related matters

Requirements:

  • Completed graduation or final-year students who have finished coursework
  • Personal laptop and smartphone in good working condition
  • Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
  • Availability for evening shift: Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM Saturday: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, Gujarati, and English
  • Comfortable making 35–45 sales calls daily
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, web-based tools)
