Job Description
Bilingual Sales and Customer Service Representative managing inbound/outbound calls at immigration law firm. Helping families achieve safety and opportunity through legal consultations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism.
- Conduct thorough client needs assessments to identify how our services can help.
- Convert qualified leads into initial consultations through a consultative, trust-building approach.
- Meet or exceed performance goals, including sales conversions and call handling metrics.
- Maintain accurate and timely notes in our CRM system.
- Work closely with teammates to continuously improve client experience and sales strategy.
- Navigate sensitive conversations with cultural awareness, discretion, and compassion.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements:
- Fluent bilingual skills in English and Spanish (native or near-native fluency)
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in service-based industries
- Strong customer service background and phone communication skills
- Ability to work some evenings/weekends, depending on client demand
