Job Description
Sales and Customer Success Specialist engaging with leads through various channels for MaidThis Cleaning. Building customer relationships to drive satisfaction and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Jump on every inbound lead fast (Speed to Lead! Within seconds if possible!) and return calls, voicemails, texts, emails, and form submissions promptly.
- Run confident, engaging sales conversations that feel helpful and natural.
- Walk leads through our pricing and services in plain simple terms.
- Follow a smart follow-up cadence using calls, texts, and emails.
- Check in with customers after their clean to confirm satisfaction and ask for reviews.
- Handle scheduling changes, rescheduling, and customer questions as they come up.
- Log accurate notes in our CRM (GoHighLevel) on every lead, quote, follow-up, and outcome.
Requirements:
- A year or more of sales or phone-based customer experience is ideal.
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Reliable and follows through without needing to be chased down.
- Own setup at home: reliable computer, smartphone for calls and texts, noise-canceling headset, solid internet, webcam, and a quiet spot to work from.
- A backup plan for internet outages.
