Job Description

Sales & Marketing Director owning Hustler Marketing's sales and marketing funnel. Building scalable acquisition systems, leading teams, and driving revenue for its ecommerce retention marketing agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the company's entire revenue generation function across Sales and Marketing
  • Develop, execute, and optimize strategies that generate qualified leads, improve sales performance, and drive sustainable revenue growth
  • Own the full sales and marketing funnel from the first client touchpoint through signed contracts and new client acquisition
  • Audit existing sales and marketing operations, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and implement improvements
  • Build scalable lead generation systems across SEO, outbound sales, partnerships, referrals, paid acquisition, content marketing, and other channels
  • Optimize lead qualification, sales processes, pipeline management, and conversion rates
  • Personally lead strategic sales initiatives and high-value opportunities during the initial rebuild phase
  • Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing Sales and Marketing teams
  • Manage departmental budgets, hiring plans, resource allocation, and channel investment decisions
  • Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting systems across Sales and Marketing
  • Monitor pipeline health, lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, revenue forecasting, and commercial performance
  • Present performance reports, strategic recommendations, and revenue forecasts to Company Leadership
  • Collaborate with the Service Department and cross-functional stakeholders on client expectations, sales commitments, service delivery, onboarding, and client success
  • Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives
  • Research industry trends, competitor activity, ecommerce developments, and emerging marketing strategies
  • Develop scalable processes, documentation, and operational frameworks
  • Foster accountability, ownership, continuous improvement, and commercial excellence
  • Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to company strategy
  • Report directly to Company Leadership

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience leading Sales, Marketing, or Revenue functions with direct ownership of commercial results
  • Proven experience building, scaling, and leading high-performing Sales and Marketing teams
  • Demonstrated ability to personally drive revenue growth while also developing scalable commercial systems and processes
  • Significant experience working within a digital marketing agency or SaaS company serving ecommerce businesses (required)
  • Proven success generating qualified leads through SEO, outbound sales, partnerships, referrals, content marketing, and other growth initiatives
  • Strong sales experience with a proven track record of personally closing new business and managing high-value sales opportunities
  • Excellent understanding of sales pipeline management, lead qualification, conversion optimization, and revenue forecasting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure funnel performance, interpret commercial data, and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience managing departmental budgets, hiring, resource planning, and operational performance
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills with the ability to build high-performing remote teams
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills, accountability, responsiveness, and ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment
  • Experience selling retention marketing services such as Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, or UGC services is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, ecommerce marketing technology, and the broader ecommerce ecosystem is highly desirable
  • Existing relationships or network within the ecommerce or DTC industry is considered a strong advantage
  • Must possess excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Must be available and responsive during office hours (Mondays to Fridays between 3-6 PM BCN time)
  • Must consistently work 30-35 hours per week (approximately 140 hours per month)
  • Must have a stable internet connection and a laptop or desktop computer capable of attending virtual meetings
  • Must be open to receiving constructive feedback while also providing effective coaching and feedback to team members
  • Full-time commitment
