Job Description
Sales Associate managing inbound and outbound inquiries for home services company. Executing sales process with warm customer engagement, precision quoting, and pipeline management.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries with warmth, speed, and precision
- Run outbound follow-ups and reactivation campaigns (calls + texts)
- Quote accurately, confirm details, and lock next steps to prevent issues later
- Keep pipelines and notes clean in our systems (CRM + Slack updates)
- Hit daily performance targets and improve close rate over time
- Support recruiting tasks that use similar skills (candidate calls, follow-ups, confirmations)
Requirements:
- Strong, stable WiFi and a quiet workspace for calls
- Excellent spoken and written English - strong phone presence is mandatory
- Comfortable with Slack, Google Sheets, and CRMs
- High accountability - you follow the process, post updates, and own outcomes
- This role is not compatible with childcare or personal obligations during work hours
