Job Description

Insurance Consultant dedicated to auto and residential insurance sales and client management. Collaborating with teams to ensure client satisfaction in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Client prospecting and portfolio management: Engage in commercial outreach to new clients and contracts, as well as renewal and maintenance of the existing portfolio, ensuring the brokerage's sustainable growth.
  • Personalized consulting: Prepare quotes, sell, and implement Auto and Residential insurance policies, offering tailored solutions for asset and family protection.
  • Full-service contract management: Oversee all contract stages — implementation, changes, endorsements, and negotiations — with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Relationship and customer experience: Build strong relationships through consultative, differentiated service that promotes trust and credibility.
  • Team collaboration: Work with the team to ensure effective communication and excellence in service delivery.
  • Opportunity management: Monitor prospects and identify new business opportunities across different lines of insurance.
  • Market awareness: Stay up to date with trends and changes in the Auto and Residential insurance sector to propose competitive and innovative commercial strategies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience selling Auto and Residential insurance
  • Completed degree or currently studying Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level in Outlook, Word, Excel required; PowerPoint is a plus)
  • Familiarity with insurer portals and quoting systems
