Job Description
Sales consultant role focusing on premium insurance products for a well-qualified brokerage in São Paulo. Responsible for client acquisition, service, and market strategies in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and client management: Actively approach new clients and contracts, and handle renewals and maintenance of the existing portfolio to ensure the brokerage's sustainable growth.
- Personalized consulting: Prepare quotes, sell and implement property & casualty insurance (commercial, cargo, general liability, surety bonds, property, among others), providing tailored solutions for each client.
- End-to-end service: Manage all contract stages — implementation, amendments, endorsements and negotiations — with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
- Customer relationship and experience: Build strong relationships through consultative, differentiated service that fosters trust and credibility.
- Team collaboration: Work with the team to ensure effective communication and excellence in service delivery.
- Opportunity management: Monitor prospects and identify new business opportunities across different insurance lines.
- Market awareness: Stay up to date with trends and changes in the property & casualty insurance sector to propose competitive and innovative commercial strategies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in selling property & casualty insurance (commercial, cargo, property, surety, general liability, etc.)
- Degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Commercial Management or related fields
- Microsoft Office knowledge (intermediate proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel is required; PowerPoint is a plus)
- Familiarity with insurers' portals and quotation systems
