Job Description

Sales Director for HPE Networking in Canada, managing sales strategies and team performance in Western Canada. Leading strategic sales initiatives and ensuring business growth in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Typically manages employees, resources, or projects across different BU's
  • Manages moderate to large quotas dependent on region complexity, including operating profit targets.
  • Participates and influences in investment decisions, pricing decision, and resource allocation.
  • Acts as a Regional Director.
  • Builds well targeted business plans and strategies for allocating resources and driving sales activities to achieve margin.

Requirements:

  • Related sales management experience and work results including success in achieving progressively higher quota or other sales related goals.
  • Demonstrated level of project management skills.
  • University or Bachelor's degree.
  • Typically 10+ years experience in sales.
  • 3-5+ years of leadership experience.
