Job Description
Sales Director at Aces Payments leading a high-performing team in payment processing. Responsible for mentoring, client relations, and driving sales growth in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, Lead and Mentor a team of Senior Payments Advisors.
- Expand Your Portfolio by prospecting and closing new business deals.
- Build Strong Client Relationships ensuring long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
- Utilize Cutting-Edge Lead Tools for prospecting new opportunities.
- Monitor Performance Metrics to track team success and provide feedback.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in payment processing or merchant services.
- Strong track record of success in B2B sales and leadership.
- Understanding of the complexities of payment solutions.
- Ability to tailor solutions for diverse clients.
- Building trust-based relationships and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
- Driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Act like an owner with initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Thrive in a commission-based environment with uncapped earning potential.
- Proven dynamic and strategic leadership ability.
