Job Description

Sales Director at Aces Payments leading a high-performing team in payment processing. Responsible for mentoring, client relations, and driving sales growth in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, Lead and Mentor a team of Senior Payments Advisors.
  • Expand Your Portfolio by prospecting and closing new business deals.
  • Build Strong Client Relationships ensuring long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Utilize Cutting-Edge Lead Tools for prospecting new opportunities.
  • Monitor Performance Metrics to track team success and provide feedback.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in payment processing or merchant services.
  • Strong track record of success in B2B sales and leadership.
  • Understanding of the complexities of payment solutions.
  • Ability to tailor solutions for diverse clients.
  • Building trust-based relationships and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
  • Driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Act like an owner with initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Thrive in a commission-based environment with uncapped earning potential.
  • Proven dynamic and strategic leadership ability.
