Job Description
Sales Enablement Manager scaling onboarding, certifications, and GTM enablement at n8n. Driving sales productivity for an open workflow orchestration platform.
Responsibilities:
- Enable GTM teams to close more deals faster through knowledge, resources, and training across the buyer journey
- Design and deliver onboarding for Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering
- Track and improve ramp time using tailored strategies and performance feedback loops
- Define role expectations with leadership and build onboarding paths
- Translate product updates, GTM strategies, and technical concepts into actionable content
- Identify knowledge gaps and create role-specific enablement initiatives
- Design certifications and training frameworks for demo, discovery, and technical proficiency
- Support SKOs, regional kickoffs, and quarterly readiness sessions
- Communicate enablement information through appropriate channels
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and RevOps on launches, messaging, and process changes
- Define and track KPIs for sales productivity, pipeline velocity, and deal size
- Build competency scorecards with GTM managers
- Use sales calls, Gong data, and product usage insights to refine programs
Requirements:
- 4+ years of sales enablement experience at fast-growing SaaS companies, ideally in a PLG environment
- Experience enabling teams selling mid-market to enterprise deals from 6 to low-7 figures
- Ability to sell to and train teams targeting technical personas such as CTOs and engineering managers
- Experience designing high-quality, scalable training programs for different GTM roles and seniority levels
- Ability to turn complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, actionable content
- Structured, self-directed, proactive, and able to take ownership
- Customer-first mindset
- Passion for automation and AI (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with n8n (nice-to-have)
- Company language is English
- Visa sponsorship available for Germany; for other countries, existing right to work is required
