Job Description
Sales enablement manager creating eLearning programs and materials for ExtraHop, which provides network detection and response cybersecurity. Improving revenue-team readiness, effectiveness, and accreditation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee ExtraHop eLearning programs, content, materials, and systems to support revenue teams
- Design and create learning experiences, including eLearning courses, paths, guides, videos, and lessons for onboarding, ramping, readiness, ongoing effectiveness, and accreditation
- Design, create, and publish enablement experiences
- Identify key performance indicators through surveys, assessment scorecards, and feedback
- Manage and maintain the internal eLearning Library (LMS), including creation, updating, and archiving
- Create and maintain a multimedia asset library
- Analyze needs, plan, build, and execute programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts on impactful learning experiences
- Collaborate with teammates on enablement best practices, reusable templates, and internal guides
- Apply current sales enablement techniques and instructional design principles
- Support projects improving sales effectiveness
- Work with organizational and cross-functional stakeholders
- Work effectively in fast-paced, high-stress environments
Requirements:
- 4 year college degree
- 5 Years of experience in revenue enablement in creating eLearning, enablement programs, facilitating learning sessions, and driving positive impact to sales teams
- Sales enablement platforms (HighSpot, Showpad, Seismic, and others)
- Learning Management System experience (Lessonly, SkillJar, Docebo, and others)
- Cloud office suites: Google Suite, Microsoft Office 365
- Learning design tools
- Basic video editing and production skills
- Experience with sales methodologies, frameworks, and processes
- Live facilitation experience (over Zoom/Teams or in-person classroom)
- Experience planning, designing, and creating learning experiences for revenue-generating teams (preferred)
- Certifications or training in revenue enablement courses and programs (preferred)
