Job Description
Sales Engineer developing revenue through consultative selling focused on mobile and IoT solutions for Spanish-speaking clients in Mexico. Collaborating with teams and partners to drive adoption of SOTI solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow revenue through consultative selling with Spanish-speaking clients and prospects in the Mexico region
- Collaborating with regional sales team consultatively with client/stakeholders.
- Helping them to envision the possibility of mobility
- Perform production demonstrations that articulate the business and technical value of SOTI solutions
- Educate on and facilitate SOTI solutions that can effectively address both business and technical outcomes
- Present the solution architecture, including all technical aspects of the product
- Provide pre-sales technical support, installing and configuring enterprise software solutions during POC to prospective customers
- Communicate with internal product development teams to resolve product issues & generate recommendations for product roadmaps (feature request)
- Assist with execution of internal team projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- Fluent in reading, writing and speaking in Spanish.
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience.
- With experience related to mobile device management solutions and enterprise mobility (Android, iOS, Linux, Windows), BYOD, SaaS
- Prior experience working in a technical customer-facing role.
- Ideally as a pre-sales / sales engineer
- Knowledge of computer networking principles (DNS, IP network, Firewalls, etc.)
- Knowledge with Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Application Management (IAM), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), Identity provider (IdP), certificates, encryption, etc.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, certificate authorities and identity management systems
- Understanding and experience with Databases (i.e. MS SQL server, MY-SQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication with demonstrated ability to communicate the complexities of technical programs
- Understanding and/or knowledge of business processes
- Understanding with containerization and virtualization
- Work autonomous with minimum supervision
- Able to plan, prioritize and organize workload, consistently working within service standards and agreed objectives
