Job Description
Sales Intern in InEvent's Graduate Take-off Program, providing support for a remote sales team. Engaging with customers and developing skills in event technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales team members in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers.
- Learn and develop a strong understanding of InEvent’s event technology and AV software solutions.
- Assist in the sales process by preparing sales materials, scheduling meetings, and following up on leads.
- Engage with prospective customers through multiple channels (phone, email, and other outreach methods) to gather information and build initial relationships.
- Provide basic product information and respond to initial customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and activities within CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot).
- Collaborate closely with sales team members to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Participate actively in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor and identify opportunities to learn about market trends, customer needs, and the event technology landscape.
Requirements:
- Strong interest in sales, technology, and customer engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar).
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with common business software applications.
- Fluency in English for professional and business communication.
