Job Description
Sales Manager leading and elevating the sales team at GBS Group's Start-up Services. Responsible for driving execution, developing talent, and ensuring quality sales experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and conduct daily coaching sessions, role-plays, instant feedback, and hands-on support to sharpen the team's closing skills and service knowledge.
- Monitor real-time performance metrics to ensure individual and team sales meet or exceed established KPIs.
- Ensure response time to all leads in less than 60 seconds and actively review recurrent interactions with leads to provide immediate feedback.
- Ensure 100% CRM accuracy and audit lead statuses to ensure data integrity.
- Guarantee that no lead is left behind by enforcing strict follow-up protocols and identifying process improvements.
- Continuously identify points for improvement in the sales script and overall strategy to increase efficiency and win rates.
- Involved in the hiring process, onboarding and training new team members on sales processes and tools.
- Work closely with Marketing and Operations to improve lead quality and streamline the overall sales flow.
- Maintain a consultative, client-first sales approach and support escalated cases when required.
- Support deal strategy and help close high-value accounts when needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales closing experience, including a track record of leading or coaching teams to hit aggressive targets.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate long-term revenue goals into daily tactical wins and use data to identify bottlenecks or collaborate with Marketing for improvement.
- High ticket transactional sales experience.
- Coaching DNA: Passion for continuous talent development—turning every "no" into a learning opportunity.
- Operational Excellence: Solid understanding of pipeline management and CRM hygiene (HubSpot experience preferred).
- Execution-Driven: A proactive, solution-oriented leader who excels at structured sales processes and clear, effective communication.
