Job Description

Sales Manager responsible for customer acquisition and development in an IT company. Collaborate with various departments and manage client relationships in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively acquire new customers independently or in collaboration with the lead agency
  • Manage the sales pipeline by building and continuously maintaining a sales pipeline in HubSpot
  • Onboard and support new customers up to a defined maturity level and hand them over to Account Management
  • Conduct compelling product demos and presentations
  • Monitor the market and analyze trends, including competitor analysis
  • Work closely with Marketing, Presales and Delivery teams to develop tailored customer solutions

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in B2B solution sales and new customer acquisition within the IT and Microsoft ecosystem
  • Strong negotiation skills at decision-maker level
  • Enthusiasm for technical innovations and new products, particularly in the area of AI and related technologies
  • Proficient communication skills in German and English
  • Customer- and service-oriented approach to capture customer needs and requirements
  • Ability to work well in a team and to independently carry out tasks within a team of specialists
