Job Description

Sales Manager for homie's AI-driven solutions in France and Belgium, driving customer acquisition and scalable sales structures. Hands-on approach in direct sales and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Your role – Be our Sales Champion in France & Belgium
  • As Sales Manager France & Belgium (m/f/d) you will be primarily responsible for market entry and sales success of homie in the French-speaking market.
  • You actively acquire new customers, build long-term relationships and develop scalable sales structures.
  • You genuinely enjoy winning customers and celebrating your successes.
  • Cold outreach does not deter you; you see it as a solvable challenge.
  • You present homie’s solutions with enthusiasm and drive negotiations to a successful close.
  • Market entry France & Belgium: Build the entire sales structure for the French-speaking market
  • Lead generation: Systematically identify and qualify target customers in industry, brick-and-mortar retail and e‑commerce
  • Energetic outreach: Whether in person, in writing, by phone or video chat — you persuade with strong arguments and remain hungry for success
  • Manage lead service providers: Select, brief and manage external lead and appointment service providers
  • Consultative selling: Conduct discovery calls with product demos to develop tailored solution concepts with the customer
  • Goal-oriented closing strength: From proposal creation, through price and contract negotiation, to deal closing
  • Relationship management: Build customer contacts. You know how to win people over and recognize the right moment for a sale
  • Reporting & forecasting: Systematic and structured pipeline management in HubSpot CRM, including potential analysis and regular sales reports
  • Team collaboration: Close coordination with Marketing, Customer Success and the Product team to continuously optimize our homie solutions

Requirements:

  • Completed degree, preferably in business, and/or completed commercial vocational training
  • Excellent German and French language skills (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
  • At least 2–3 years of professional experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technology or SaaS company
  • Proven sales success will move you up on our candidate list
  • Persuasiveness & persistence: You never lose the drive to close deals successfully
  • Goal- and closing-oriented: You keep sales targets in mind and continually adapt your customer acquisition strategies as needed
  • Empathy & relationship skills: You enjoy communicating with others and build trust quickly. You listen and understand customer needs
  • Analytical thinking: You enjoy systematic market and potential analysis and are confident using CRM and reporting tools
  • Self-initiative & self-organization: You work in a structured way in a remote setting and deliver results independently
  • Efficient working style: You use appropriate AI tools and remain curious about new opportunities
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for AI technology
