Job Description
Sales Manager optimizing and growing sales team at AVNT, a tech/media platform for creatives. Responsible for coaching, tracking KPIs, and managing responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain sales pipeline
- Build out people and their skills to ensure team and company growth
- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
- Generate, track, and report on sales team KPIs
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
- Build reports on individual and sales team performance
- Negotiating on contracts/deals
- Manage and coach team of sales representatives
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a sales associate or manager in the corporate/startup space
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process from planning to closing
- Experience using CRMs
- Self-starter who thrives in fast paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and within a team setting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Nice To Have: Experience leading a sales team

- Nice To Have: Experience tracking and optimizing sales KPI's
