Job Description

Sales Manager optimizing and growing sales team at AVNT, a tech/media platform for creatives. Responsible for coaching, tracking KPIs, and managing responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain sales pipeline
  • Build out people and their skills to ensure team and company growth
  • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
  • Generate, track, and report on sales team KPIs
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
  • Build reports on individual and sales team performance
  • Negotiating on contracts/deals
  • Manage and coach team of sales representatives

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as a sales associate or manager in the corporate/startup space
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process from planning to closing
  • Experience using CRMs
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast paced environment
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Nice To Have: Experience leading a sales team
  • Nice To Have: Experience selling digital marketing services
