Job Description

Sales Manager responsible for acquiring partnerships with (dental) doctors and practice managers. Focused on sales activities and developing long-term client relationships for a medical billing center.

Responsibilities:

  • With your talent for persuading people, you independently win (dental) doctors and practice managers as new partners and excite them about our solutions
  • You build close, long-term relationships with existing customers through solution-oriented consulting, ensuring sustainable success
  • You create tailored proposals, conduct contract negotiations, and provide targeted customer advice
  • You organize and carry out sales activities such as telesales and cold calling and represent our brand at trade shows and events
  • You passionately achieve your sales targets and take full revenue responsibility for your region

Requirements:

  • You have completed commercial vocational training, have several years of professional experience, or hold a degree
  • You have strong negotiation and sales skills, ideally complemented by a medical background
  • You work in a structured, independent manner and take responsibility
  • With your friendliness, team spirit, and communication skills, you foster positive collaboration
  • You are willing to travel frequently, hold a Class B driver's license, and have a confident command of German, both spoken and written
