Job Description
Sales Manager responsible for acquiring and managing SME clients in NRW. Actively build long-term relationships and develop financing solutions in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Active acquisition and account management of mid-sized corporate clients with financing needs
- Taking responsibility for sales in your region
- Building long-term client relationships — trust, discretion and continuity are central
- Presenting tailored factoring solutions — with a strong sense for client needs and benefits
- Close coordination with internal departments and continuous market monitoring
- Developing sales strategies and positioning in the market
Requirements:
- Initial experience in selling financial or advisory services
- Strong interest in financing topics, especially factoring
- High motivation to build your own network in NRW (North Rhine-Westphalia) — ideally complemented by existing regional contacts
- Successfully completed commercial training, preferably in banking, or a degree in business administration
- Strong communication skills, empathy and a confident manner when engaging with decision-makers
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-responsibility and discretion
- Enjoys personal interaction — willingness to meet clients in person
