Job Description

Sales Operations Analyst optimizing Salesforce, revenue processes, and reporting for Tekmetric, a cloud software company helping auto repair shops run smarter. Supporting sales teams through data integrity, troubleshooting, and RevOps projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Align sales goals with company strategy and collaborate across revenue teams
  • Enact quality control measures to support consistent and reliable processes
  • Strategize with sales leadership to improve sales methodology, enablement, operations, and reporting
  • Oversee Salesforce performance, adoption, and adherence to policies and standard operating procedures
  • Audit and maintain Salesforce data integrity by merging duplicates, correcting inaccuracies, and conducting data cleanup
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day sales user issues and remove system roadblocks
  • Manage and configure revenue technology platforms including Salesforce, Outreach, Chili Piper, and Gong
  • Monitor newly implemented processes and gather feedback to optimize workflows
  • Collaborate on Revenue Operations projects including data migrations and tool implementations
  • Document SOPs and create how-to guides and training materials
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for pipeline health and rep activity visibility

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in sales, operations, and sales operations management
  • Experience working in SaaS or a fast-paced startup environment
  • Intrinsically motivated and self-directed
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to summarize key insights and communicate them effectively to leadership, especially Revenue Operations
  • Experience following defined processes using a CRM; Salesforce is a plus
  • Interest in startups, sales, and technology, with a strong desire to be a top performer
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
