Job Description

Sales Operations Intern at Allianz Trade assisting in data analysis, process optimization, and administrative tasks. Gaining experience in sales strategy execution and CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales organization by assisting with data analysis, process optimization and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating sales data in Salesforce.
  • Help streamline sales processes, documentation and workflows.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with operational initiatives.
  • Assist the Sales Operations team with lead distribution and tracking.
  • Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years business experience preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred but not required)
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Team player
  • Basic awareness of Artificial Intelligence technologies.
