Job Description
Operational Excellence Delivery Partner at Equus Workforce Solutions supporting contracts/projects and managing performance governance. Focus on quality assurance and operational training to elevate service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Plays a critical role in supporting a portfolio of contracts/projects
- Tracks performance and provides governance across contracts/projects
- Manages operational risks and issues for the portfolio of projects
- Supports projects to implement new performance reporting, processes, and tools
- Conducts audits, assessments, and data analysis
- Collaborates with operations and supporting functions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Organizational Development or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in operational training and development
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and making recommendations
- Experience with operational training design and delivery methodologies
- Ability to influence through innovative thinking
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change
