Job Description
Sales Operations Manager improving forecasting, commissions, territories, and deal execution for EverHealth’s healthcare SaaS platform. Managing analysts and applying AI to sales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Own the weekly and monthly sales and expansion forecast process; build, validate, and present forecasts to SLT and FP&A
- Lead pipeline reviews and improve forecast accuracy and predictability
- Develop and maintain forecasting models, evolving reporting toward predictive pacing
- Track quota attainment, pacing, and pipeline coverage at rep, team, and product levels
- Produce monthly forecast and pacing reports for ELT and FP&A
- Analyze sales performance, trends, risks, and opportunities; deliver actionable leadership insights
- Build and maintain performance reporting and dashboards
- Own the end-to-end commissions process, including plan design inputs, monthly calculations, dispute resolution, and payout sign-off
- Maintain commission calculators and serve as point of contact for commission disputes
- Partner with GTM leaders, Finance, Legal, and People teams on commission plans
- Support annual territory design and quota-setting with Sales, CX, RevOps, and CRO leadership
- Maintain sales and CX capacity models and flag headcount or coverage risks
- Review and approve non-standard deals, discounts, custom terms, pricing exceptions, and bundled structures
- Enforce discount authority and minimum deal size policies
- Track contract errors, re-send frequency, and bookings-versus-revenue discrepancies
- Own quote-to-cash audits and ensure implementation and setup fees are captured for accurate MRR reporting
- Own partner attribution tracking and maintain partner performance scorecards and pipeline reports
- Support ISV channel compensation with accurate revenue-share calculations
- Drive operational efficiency and strategic initiatives improving sales productivity and deal execution
- Manage and develop two direct reports across Deal Desk, Order to Cash, and Partner Ops
- Identify and implement AI and machine learning tools for predictive forecasting, churn propensity modeling, and reporting automation
- Leverage LLMs and AI-assisted workflows to automate recurring reporting
- Provide a quarterly point of view on emerging AI analytics tools and practices relevant to RevOps
- Expected travel is once per quarter if not located in the Denver area
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, GTM Operations, FP&A, or Business Analytics, ideally within a SaaS environment
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, data modeling, and working with large datasets
- Familiarity with forecasting and pipeline management tools, as well as sales engagement/insight platforms such as Gong
- Strong Salesforce expertise, including dashboards, reporting, and data management
- Experience supporting territory planning and coverage models
- Proven ability to partner with senior Sales leaders and influence decisions through data
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to operate independently
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools in a professional analytics context
- Excellent project management skills with attention to detail
- 1+ year of people management or mentoring experience
- Healthcare or health-tech industry background a plus
- Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic, or AI-assisted analytics tools such as Gong Intelligence, HubSpot AI, Clay, or similar, in a RevOps or sales ops context
- Must be eligible to work without sponsorship in the United States
