Job Description
Recruiting Coordinator at Yelp interacting with candidates, recruiters, and sales management. Managing the overall hiring process smoothly while supporting a high volume recruiting process.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with candidates, recruiters, and sales management on a daily basis
- Manage communication among candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers with tact and diplomacy
- Maintain daily functions of the sales recruiting department
- Support a high volume recruiting process by screening resumes, coordinating interviews, responding to candidate questions
- Partner closely with your team to maintain the integrity of our recruiting database
- Monitor the candidate pipeline daily to ensure all candidates move through the process in a timely fashion and all SOPs are followed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, HS Diploma or GED (required)
- Prior experience working in a recruiting organization (required; a minimum of 1 year preferred)
- Strong interest in recruiting (required)
- Previous experience in a fast paced, high energy and synergistic work environment
- Impeccable organizational skills & high attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks throughout the day
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization desired
- Experience with an ATS and Google Suite
- Ability to take initiative, ownership, and start work without direction highly desired
- Proven track record of being a proactive problem solver
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
