Job Description

Client Success Specialist at NeoWork managing client relationships and deals effectively. Responsible for HubSpot administration skills along with sales support and client success tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound leads through structured qualification and manage assigned sales cycles.
  • Lead intro and discovery calls and log meeting notes in HubSpot.
  • Build tailored proposals and address client questions until closure.
  • Stay engaged with clients after launch and maintain strong relationships.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and communicate with leadership for renewal discussions.
  • Configure and maintain pipelines and keep CRM data accurate.
  • Use AI tools to simplify tasks and improve workflows.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Business Development, or a similar role.
  • Ability to run prospect meetings independently and handle assigned sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot beyond basic user skills.
  • Clear, confident English (C1/C2).
  • Experience working with US clients.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with AI tools or workflow automations is a plus.
