Job Description
Sales Strategy Analyst supporting HubSpot's sales division by enhancing data-driven decision-making. Collaborating with sales leaders to develop GTM strategies and improve productivity.
Responsibilities:
- セールス組織およびマネジメントチームに対し、データに基づいた運用および意思決定のサポートを提供する。
- セールス組織の人員配置およびキャパシティ計画を維持し、中央計画チームと連携して採用計画を遂行する。
- リーダーシップ層と連携してKPIを監視し、インパクトを最大化するためのトレンドや機会を特定する。
- ビジネス上のリクエストに対応し、根本原因の分析(Root-cause analysis)を行い、問題解決や機会獲得のための提案を行う。
- パフォーマンスと生産性の向上を目的とした、部門横断的なプログラム、ツール、プロセス、およびシステムの導入・運用をサポートする。
Requirements:
- 関連分野(セールスストラテジー、オペレーション、アナリティクス、コンサルティング、ファイナンスなど)での実務経験2年以上。
- ネイティブレベルの日本語。
