Job Description

Sales Support Administrator assisting the sales team with operational effectiveness and administrative tasks. Working in a dynamic environment at NTT DATA across a global culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides assistance with operational sales effectiveness by establishing relationships with vendors
  • Coordinates everyday interactions, queries and general information sharing with vendors
  • Administers aspects of the purchase order process by generating, distributing and administrating purchase orders
  • Checks the quotes against raised order to ensure that correct terms and conditions have been applied
  • Provides assistance with obtaining information on the most current vendor pricing conjunction with commercial colleagues
  • Administers general sales related documentation through receiving, labelling, sorting, filing and distributing as required
  • Captures data and maintains systems as required by the sales process and sales team
  • Provides routine administrative support to the sales force when required
  • Uses systems and data to produce routine reports as necessary
  • Performs any other related task as required

Requirements:

  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Basic analytical ability
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Service oriented with a great attitude
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of sales processes, tools and methodologies is advantageous
  • Able to work in a team and follow work procedures accurately
  • High / Secondary School diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Some basic experience with quoting tools is an advantage
  • Some administration experience, particularly quote to cash processes
