Job Description
Salesforce Media Cloud Consultant at CloudMasonry guiding media clients through transformative solutions. Design and implement Salesforce Media Cloud solutions with autonomy and a focus on client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their business processes and challenges in the media and entertainment industry.
- Design and implement Salesforce Media Cloud solutions to enhance client operations, audience engagement, and content monetization.
- Customize and configure Salesforce Media Cloud environments according to project requirements and best practices.
- Provide expert guidance on the integration of Salesforce Media Cloud with other Salesforce products and third-party applications.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Salesforce Media Cloud functionalities.
- Collaborate with project teams, including project managers, developers, and UX designers, to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of Salesforce solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to advise clients on continuous improvement opportunities.
- Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal writing, and scoping of potential Salesforce Media Cloud projects.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with exposure to Salesforce Media Cloud.
- Salesforce Administration Certification required
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant (strongly preferred)
- Media Cloud Accredited Professional (strongly preferred)
- Proven experience in Salesforce consultancy, with specific experience in implementing Salesforce Media Cloud solutions.
- Strong understanding of the media and entertainment industry, including trends, challenges, and business processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration techniques.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
