Job Description
SAP HCM Developer involved in developing customized HR software solutions. Engage in projects that shape the SAP landscape actively, requiring collaboration and technical expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement customer-specific requirements using ABAP, ABAP OO, SAPUI5, and SAP Fiori
- Develop innovative solutions based on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
- Prepare technical analyses for solutions in the SAP S/4HANA environment
- Further develop our solution portfolio – from analysis and conception to production rollout
- Direct customer contact for conception, analysis, and interface testing
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an SAP HCM Developer (m/f/d) working with ABAP / ABAP OO
- Solid knowledge in the development and maintenance of SAP HCM modules PA (Personnel Administration), PY (Payroll), and PT (Time Management)
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Expertise in interface development (OData, RESTful APIs, SOAP, ALE/IDocs) as well as experience with SAP BTP and CPI
- Experience in SAP cloud development (SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, ABAP Web Dynpro)
- Very good German and English language skills
