Job Description

Scaled Programs Manager driving digital customer success initiatives in a remote-first environment at Loopio. Collaborating with teams to enhance customer engagement and retention strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of the Scaled Customer Success team.
  • Translate customer insights into scalable digital programs.
  • Identify efficiency gaps and automation opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Monitor customer health, usage trends, and engagement metrics.
  • Build standardized and personalized communications for customers.
  • Ensure adherence to best-in-class practices with RevOps.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in (Scaled) Customer Success, customer service, customer enablement, or customer marketing.
  • Experience building automated programs or customer marketing initiatives.
  • Experience with Gainsight, Hubspot, and Salesforce in SaaS is a huge plus!
  • Impeccable written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly organized and accountable in project management.
  • Capable of leveraging data in decision-making.
