Job Description
Scaled Programs Manager driving digital customer success initiatives in a remote-first environment at Loopio. Collaborating with teams to enhance customer engagement and retention strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of the Scaled Customer Success team.
- Translate customer insights into scalable digital programs.
- Identify efficiency gaps and automation opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch.
- Monitor customer health, usage trends, and engagement metrics.
- Build standardized and personalized communications for customers.
- Ensure adherence to best-in-class practices with RevOps.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in (Scaled) Customer Success, customer service, customer enablement, or customer marketing.
- Experience building automated programs or customer marketing initiatives.
- Experience with Gainsight, Hubspot, and Salesforce in SaaS is a huge plus!
- Impeccable written and oral communication skills.
- Highly organized and accountable in project management.
- Capable of leveraging data in decision-making.
